Men's suit tailoring for bespoke suits

1. Ideally, the sleeves of the gown should fall naturally with the cuffs resting at the wrists when the arms are hanging down.

2. When standing upright, the hem of the gown should cover the buttocks and should not be bunched up. Bunching indicates the gown is too tight.

3. With all buttons fastened, the shoulders of the gown should not be too wide or too narrow. Wide shoulders will cause creases in the back, while narrow shoulders will restrict movement.

4. The collar should meet the back and shoulders smoothly, without any bumps or gaps. When wearing the gown, the shirt collar should be 0.6-1.2 centimeters above the gown collar.

5. Trousers without pleats in the front will appear slimmer than those with pleats. Because they use less fabric, they create a lighter, slimmer illusion. The trouser legs should just cover or be even with the top of the shoes.
